(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Sprinkling. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions §§ 51.25 and 51.26 shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than $1 nor more than $100 for each offense.
