§ 50.17 CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS.

It shall be the responsibility for every person performing building, roofing, remodeling or similar construction services to any premises to collect, remove and properly dispose of all debris created by their work.
