(a) Council establishes a monthly Infrastructure Fee of $6.86 for each water EDU, equal to $82.32 per calendar year; and $5.64 for each sewer EDU, equal to $67.68 per calendar year.
(b) Council finds and determines that the monthly Infrastructure Fee shall take effect in January 2021 and shall appear on the monthly utility bill due on January 15, 2021.
(c) Council finds and determines that all Infrastructure Fee funds shall be dedicated solely to the rehabilitation, maintenance, and further planning with respect to the City's sanitary sewer, storm sewer, waterline, and associated pavement resurfacing improvements portion of the Port Clinton Infrastructure Improvement Project attached and incorporated herein as Exhibit A, attached to Original Ordinance 28-20.
