(a) The Ottawa County Uniform Code of Building Regulations for one, two and three-family dwellings is hereby adopted as the building code of the City.
(b) The entire Uniform Code of Building Regulations for one, two and three-family dwellings in Ottawa County, Ohio is hereby incorporated by reference into this section.
(c) Former Sections 1305.01 through 1305.38 of this chapter are hereby repealed and the remaining sections renumbered.
(d) Persons holding building permits issued by the City prior to the effective date of Ordinance 31-79 shall not come under the provisions of the Ottawa County Uniform Code of Building Regulations but shall be subject to the provisions of existing ordinances as they existed prior to the passage of Ordinance 31-79.
(e) A complete copy of the Ottawa County Uniform Code of Building Regulations adopted herein is on file with the Clerk of the legislative authority for inspection by the public and is also on file in the Law Library of Ottawa County.
