(a) Curbs shall be constructed according to standards established in Section 1169.08. A satisfactory substitute may be authorized by the Commission.
(b) The overall width of curb and gutter shall not exceed two and one-half (2 2) feet.
(c) Curbs or curbs and gutters shall be constructed in conformance with the current volume of AConstruction and Material Specifications@ and standard drawings of the Ohio Department of Transportation as they pertain to this type of improvement.
