§ 92.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any and all persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which a penalty is not therein provided shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding that permitted by state law for violation of a municipal ordinance.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms of § 92.077 of this chapter and who constructs a driveway onto a city street or alley without first securing a permit therefor shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in a sum not to exceed that permitted by state law for violation of a municipal ordinance, and each day’s maintenance of the same shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person, owner or operator who shall violate the provisions of § 92.083 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in a sum not to exceed that permitted by state law for violation of a municipal ordinance, together with the court costs.
