§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any person or individual who shall violate the provisions of § 90.03(A) of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in a sum not to exceed that permitted by state law for violation of a municipal ordinance, together with the costs of the action.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 90.40 through 90.47 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in a sum of up to $500 for each violation. A
new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
