§ 90.03 MOTOR VEHICLES PROHIBITED ON LEWIS AND CLARK TRAIL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or individual to operate or park a motorized vehicle on, over or across any portion of the Ponca Lewis and Clark Trail or to obstruct the trail in any manner whatsoever. The city shall cause notices to be posted or shall erect signs indicating such prohibition.
   (B)   (1)   Designated city officials or employees may operate motorized vehicles on, over or across the Trail for the purpose of maintaining the same or to provide emergency services.
      (2)   Persons or individuals and their invitees may operate a motorized vehicle across the Trail at designated locations in order to access or provide ingress and egress to their homes and property, but shall not operate a motorized vehicle on, over or across said trail for any other purpose.
