SCHEDULE II. SPEED ZONES.
   (A)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle upon a public street or alley within the city at a greater speed than is reasonable and prudent under the existing conditions.
   (B)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle within the city limits at a speed greater than 25 mph in any residential district or 25 mph in any business district, except the following speed limits shall be applicable on Highway 12: 50 mph from the south corporate limits of the city to the west corporate limits of the city; and except the following speed limits shall be applicable on Spur 26E: 25 mph from the intersection of Highway 12 and Spur 26E to the intersection of Third Street and Union Street; and 30 mph from the intersection of Third Street and Union Street to the intersection of Union Street and Bluff Street; and 35 mph from the intersection of Union Street and Bluff Street to the north corporate limits of the city.
