§ 71.06 FUNERAL PROCESSIONS.
   No vehicle shall be driven through a funeral possession or cortege except with the permission of a police officer, or except Police Department or Fire Department vehicles when responding to emergency calls or orders in their several departments, ambulances responding to emergency calls or vehicles carrying United States mail.
