§ 70.11 LOADS PROJECTING BEYOND VEHICLE.
   When any vehicle shall be loaded in such a manner that any portion of the load extends more than four feet beyond the rear of the bed or the body of such vehicle, a red flag shall be carried by day and a red light after sunset on such load.
