§ 70.09 RIDING OUTSIDE OF VEHICLE.
   No person shall ride in any part of a motor vehicle other than the regular passenger seats located within such vehicle, or in the event of a pickup, within the cab of the pickup and/or seated on the floor of the pickup bed.
