§ 70.06 EXHIBITION DRIVING.
   Any person who operates a MOTOR VEHICLE, meaning any self-propelled vehicle, upon streets or alleys within the city limits or upon property owned by the city in such a manner so as to cause or create unnecessary engine noise, squealing of tires, rear skidding, sliding or swaying of such motor vehicle or possible acceleration of speed of said motor vehicle shall be guilty of exhibition driving.
