(A) This Rental Housing Code shall be enforced according to the provisions of Chapter 37 of this code of ordinances. However, nothing in this section shall prohibit the enforcement of this chapter by any other means available to the city.
(B) The Code Inspector responsible for enforcing this chapter shall have the right to inspect all rental dwellings, rental units, rooming houses and premises governed by this chapter to insure compliance with all applicable Rental Housing Code requirements.
