§ 130.01 STATE MISDEMEANORS AND NONCRIMINAL INFRACTIONS; COUNTY VIOLATIONS; EMERGENCY ORDERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to commit, within the corporate limits of the city, any act which is or shall be recognized by the laws of the state as a misdemeanor or noncriminal infraction, and the commission of such acts is expressly forbidden. However, this provision shall not apply to acts recognized as misdemeanors solely on account of being violations of a county ordinance except to the extent provided in Section 8.04 of the Broward County Charter.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to commit, within the corporate limits of the city, any act which is a violation of any Broward County ordinance of county-wide application. However, this section shall not apply to any county ordinance provision which is in conflict with any provision of any city ordinance.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to commit, within the corporate limits of the city, any act which is in violation of any Executive Order or Emergency Order issued by a federal, state or county authorized official during a declared state of emergency.
   (D)   (1)   City law enforcement officers may enforce violations of this section by any person, punishable under § 10.99.
      (2)   City Code Enforcement Inspectors may enforce violations of this section pursuant to the provisions of F.S. Chapter 162 and Chapter 37 of this Code, including, but not limited to issuance of civil citations pursuant to § 37.12.
