§ 36.077 CONTESTING OF LEGALITY.
   For the period of 30 days after the date of the confirmation of any special assessment, any person aggrieved shall have the right to contest the legality thereof by suit, action, writ, or special proceedings, after which time no suit, action, writ, or special proceedings in any manner questioning the legality of the special assessment shall lie for any cause whatsoever.
