§ 36.069 RESOLUTION TO PROCEED.
   If, after hearing the objections and protest, if any, the City Commission determines that it is expedient to proceed with the improvement in the original or modified form, the City Commission shall adopt a resolution determining to proceed with the improvement, which resolution shall disclose what part of the total cost and expenses of the improvement shall be chargeable against and assessed against the property benefited by the improvement, and what part or proportion of the total cost shall be paid by the city from its general fund or any special fund on hand for that purpose. The resolution may direct that the whole or any part of the cost and expenses thereof be assessed against the property abutting upon the improvement; or may provide that all property benefited by the improvement may be assessed for the improvement in the manner set out therein.
