The annual budget of the city, prepared pursuant to Article XIV of the Charter, shall contain, in parallel columns opposite the several items of proposed expenditures, the following information.
(A) Actual expenditures for the second prior fiscal year.
(B) Actual expenditures for the prior fiscal year.
(C) Budget amount for the current year.
(D) Estimated total expenditures for the current fiscal year.
(E) City Manager's proposed expenditures for the next fiscal year.
(F) Variation between the City Manager's proposed expenditures for the next fiscal year and the total estimated expenditures for the current fiscal year.
(G) Number of personnel (current, proposed, and final).
(H) City Commission adopted expenditures for the next fiscal year.
