      (2)   Job code numbers which assist in identifying each position.
      (3)   Scheduled hours to be worked per week by employees holding the various positions.
      (4)   Position classifications, or pay grades, which group positions of similar duties and responsibilities, and which require similar effort, experience, and training, and which may be fairly compensated within the same pay range.
('58 Code, § 11.79)
   (B)   The Personnel Director is responsible for the continuous and proper maintenance of the position classification plan. He shall periodically review the classification of positions and recommend revisions to the City Manager when necessary.
