(A) Each liquor licensee whose “premises” are adjacent to the boundaries of the festival (as described in § 112.70(A)) may provide one food vendor who may sell food outside and adjacent to the licensee’s establishment provided the vendor possesses a valid permit issued by the Ogle County Health Department.
(B) Each establishment whose principal place of business is located adjacent to the boundaries of the festival as described herein and has a valid Ogle County Health Department permit may sell food outside of the establishment until 6:00 p.m. on the date of the car show.
