Any person violating the provision of this chapter dealing with the regulating and/or licensing of dogs, but excepting any violation of any provision of §§ 92.105 through 92.120 regulating dangerous dogs, shall be subject to the courtesy citation procedure as provided in § 34.30. Other violations of this chapter shall be subject to the general penalty provisions of § 10.99.
