§ 92.105 PURPOSE AND INTENT.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to promote public health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Polo. It is intended to be applicable to “dangerous” dogs, as defined herein, by ensuring responsible handling by their owners through registration, confinement and liability insurance.
