§ 51.010 OPERATOR OF WATERWORKS AND SEWERAGE SYSTEM DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby created the office of Operator of the Waterworks and Sewerage System Department who shall be appointed by the Mayor with advice and consent of the City Council and shall report to the Director of Public Works.
   (B)   The duties of the Operator of the Waterworks and Sewerage System Department shall be those as indicated in the job description which will be established by the appropriate committee of the City Council and/or by the City Council itself.
