(A) Notwithstanding any other provision of the Polo Code of Ordinances to the contrary, a temporary permit may be issued to the licensee to allow live and/or amplified music in the Festival Garden. The amplified music must cease at midnight.
(B) The permit for amplified music at this Festival shall be in addition to such other permits for amplified music which are allowed pursuant to the Polo Code of Ordinances.
(C) The licensee shall provide written notice to the Local Liquor Control Commissioner at least five days prior to the Festival of the location from where the amplified music will be set up along with such other information requested by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner.
