Each applicant for a license to operate or maintain an auto court shall file an application with the Clerk and shall state thereon the name and address of the applicant, name and address of the owner or manager thereof, location of the auto court, and the maximum number of persons and vehicles to be accommodated. This application shall be accompanied by plans of the toilet, bath and wash basin facilities, slop-sinks, water faucets, sewer connections, driveways and other improvements.
