SCHEDULE I: THROUGH STREETS.

   The following streets and parts of streets are declared to constitute through streets, and it shall be unlawful to drive any vehicle onto a through street without first bringing such vehicle to a full stop at the intersection.

SCHEDULE II: ONE-WAY STREETS.

   (A)   The following named streets in the city shall have vehicular travel in only one direction, and the direction indicated.
