§ 53.05 REVENUES.
   (A)   All revenues and moneys derived from the operation of the collection of garbage, the sewerage system, or the water system, shall be deposited in the fund so designated by the City Council. All the revenues and moneys shall be held by the City Treasurer separate and apart from his or her private funds and separate and apart from all other funds of the city. All of the sum, without any deductions whatever, shall be delivered to the City Treasurer not more than ten days after receipt of the same, or at more frequent intervals as may from time to time be directed by the City Council.
   (B)   The City Treasurer shall receive all the revenues from the sanitation, sewerage system, or water system and all other funds and moneys incident to the operation of the system that may be delivered to him or her. The Treasurer shall deposit the same in separate accounts of the fund designated by the City Council, and shall administer the fund in every respect in the manner provided by statute.
