§ 51.120 OFFICE CREATED; APPOINTMENT.
   There is created the office of Operator of the Waterworks and Sewerage System Department, an executive office of the city. The Operator of waterworks and sewerage system shall be appointed by the Mayor by and with the consent of the City Council.
