(A) The terms and conditions of an “Agreement For The Collection And Disposal Of Solid Waste And Recyclable Materials” between the City of Polo and Moring Disposal, Inc. shall apply as if recited verbatim herein. A copy of the “Agreement” is available for inspection upon request at the office of the City Clerk of Polo.
(B) Recycling containers. The city shall furnish one recycling container for each family residence, apartment, and to each person, firm or corporation agreed by the city to be eligible to participate in the curbside recycling. The container shall be deemed owned by Moring Disposal and shall remain Moring Disposal’s property at all times. A replacement charge shall be assessed for any container not returned to the city hall when service is discontinued for any reason.
