§ 32.04 INSPECTIONS.
   Each member of the Board of Health and person specifically authorized by such Board for that purpose shall have the right during reasonable hours to enter any building or premises for the purpose of making an inspection to insure compliance with all ordinances containing provisions for the protection of public health, or relating to nuisances, and rules and regulations of the Board of Health. Such right to inspect shall also apply to foodstuffs offered for sale or kept for the purpose of selling or offering for sale.
