§ 30.17 MEMBERSHIP IN COMMITTEES.
   The Mayor shall appoint the members of all standing and special committees, in the absence of specific direction by the Council, and shall designate the chairman thereof. Every committee of the Council shall consist of two members including the chairman, unless the City Council shall provide otherwise.
