§ 30.15 STANDING COMMITTEES.
   The following shall be the standing committees of the City Council:
   (A)   Finance and ordinance.
   (B)   Streets, alleys, and sidewalks.
   (C)   Sewer and water.
   (D)   Police, public health, ESDA and Communication Center.
   (E)   Lights and sanitation.
   (F)   Buildings and grounds.
   (G)   Parks and pools.
