Operators shall be required to comply with G.S. § 105-316(a)(1), which requires that as of January 1 of each year each operator of a park renting spaces for six or more manufactured homes furnish to the County Tax Supervisor the name of the owner of, and a description of each manufactured home located in the park. The county requires that all park owners comply with this state statute.
