(A) Manufactured home parks shall be located on a tract of land not less than two acres in size and shall be designed for at least five spaces, but no more than 30 spaces. Smaller size manufactured home parks are required in order to reduce the impact on utilities, schools and adjacent neighborhoods.
(B) Manufactured home parks with ten spaces or less shall have no unit manufactured more than ten years prior to time of placement in park.
(C) Manufactured home parks with more than ten spaces shall have a section exclusively for homes manufactured no more than five years prior to placement in park. This section will be separated by a buffer strip or solid fence of treated lumber.
(D) Any variance from divisions (A) through (C) above will be at the discretion of the Board of Commissioners.
