§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 130.06 or failing or neglecting or refusing to comply with same, shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine not to exceed $50 or imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
