The Planning Commission shall keep a current and accurate copy of this Zoning Code, including any amendment memoranda, accompanied by a current copy of the Zoning Map, on file at the Village Hall. This designated copy of this Zoning Code and Map shall be known as the original copy and under no circumstances shall be removed from the file. A second designated copy of this Zoning Code and Map shall be kept in a secured place, such as a vault or safety deposit box. Copies of this Zoning Code and Map shall be available to the public for a fee set by Council. The Planning Commission shall assume the responsibility for the master copy of the 1978 Zoning Map and shall display it permanently and prominently in the Village Hall. Changes may only be made on this Map by the overlay method using transparent material so that the change as well as the original is visible and so that the Map will never leave its designated place. Each Map change, with the date of the change, will be notated on a key kept directly beside the Map. Every member of the Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals, the Architectural Review Board, Council, the Zoning Administrator and each secretary at the Village Hall, shall have a current copy of this Zoning Code and Map.
