(a) Applications for project approval by the Architectural Review Board shall include two sets of the following to become part of the record for each application:
(1) A site plan or plot plan showing perimeter dimensions and abutting properties; all buildings and other structures within 100 feet of the property lines; adjacent streets; proposed or existing drives; walkways, fences, screens and other major landscaping features; location of signage; and parking. The drawing shall be to a scale of one inch equals fifty feet or larger with a north arrow included. Finish grades shall be shown if altered from existing grades.
(2) For buildings or other structures and signage, plans and elevations at one-eighth inch equals one foot or larger shall be included. All elevations shall be shown. Drawings shall include all dimensions, finish grades, major details and exterior materials.
(3) The applicant shall provide samples of the exterior finish materials. For minor alterations, photographs, sketches, manufacturer's descriptions and samples of finish materials may be used.
(b) The Board may, within reason, request additional information from the applicant if it is necessary for the proper application of the design criteria.
