1266.04   MEETINGS; RECORDS.
   The Architectural Review Board shall meet at least once per month on a designated day of the month.  For each meeting, there shall be an agenda available to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting.  Four members of the Board shall constitute a quorum, and four votes are needed for approval of an application.  Once each year, the Board shall elect a Chairperson and a Secretary.  The Chairperson or his or her designee shall prepare the agenda and preside at all meetings or hearings.  The Secretary shall keep or cause to be kept a typed record of all meetings and hearings which shall be open and available to the public.
