EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 1926-96, passed November 5, 1996, authorized an application to be made to the Ohio Board of Building Standards for certification of the Village to enforce the Ohio Basic Building Code with the condition that the Mahoning County Building Department will perform all inspections and exercise enforcement authority as necessary (except for plumbing) in accordance with the OBBC, within the Village. The ordinance also authorized an agreement with the County for such purpose. Copies of this ordinance and of the agreement may be obtained, at cost, from the Fiscal Officer.
