1280.08   SIGNS IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT ONE.
   Only the following signs are permitted in Residential District One, including nonconforming use properties therein:
   (a)   Sale, rental or lease of premises signs.
   (b)   Professional nameplates.
   (c)   Home occupation signs.
   (d)   Church, institutional and conditional use signs.
   (e)   Political signs.
