The following signs are prohibited in the Village:
(a) Animated Signs.
(b) Roof Signs.
(c) Billboards.
(d) Marquee Signs.
(e) Signs on Hine Foundation Property (Village Green). No sign shall be erected, constructed or maintained, except those signs permitted by the Hine Foundation, which signs shall be subject to these regulations.
(f) Residence District Signs. No sign shall be permitted in any Residential District, except bulletin boards on the premises of a place of worship, funeral home or public institution, signs exempted from the permit requirements of this chapter by Section 1280.05, and signs specifically permitted elsewhere in this Zoning Code.
(g) Mobile Signs. No mobile sign on wheels, runners, casters, parked trailers, parked vehicles or other mobile devices shall be permitted within the Village of Poland, except those on commercial delivery and service vehicles.
