1280.05   SIGNS NOT REQUIRING PERMITS.
   The following signs may be erected without obtaining a permit from the Village.
   (a)   Sale, Rental or Lease of Premises.  Per Section 1280.04(b)(4).
   (b)   Political Signs.  Per Section 1280.04(b)(2).
   (c)   American Flags.  Per Section 1280.04(a)(1)G.
