1280.03   PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A SIGN PERMIT.
   (a)   Application for a sign permit shall be made through the Zoning Administrator on a standard form available from the Village Administrative Assistant.  This form must be completed in full and as per the instructions located on the bottom of the form.  Any applicant who is not the owner of the land or realty upon which the sign is to be affixed must include with his or her application a signed authorization from the property owner.
   (b)   Submission of the application includes implied permission to the Zoning Administrator or his or her duly authorized representative to inspect the property, building or structure upon which the sign is to be located, supported or attached.
   (c)   The application and appropriate fee must be returned to the Village Hall no later than five business days prior to a regularly scheduled Board meeting in order for the application to be considered at such meeting.
   (d)   A building site plan, a photograph and other such relevant information that will be considered for approval must be included with the application form.
