1280.02 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.

Administration and enforcement of this chapter shall be the joint responsibility of the Zoning Administrator and the Architectural Review Board, hereinafter referred to as the Board. No person, business or organization shall erect, build, alter, convert, relocate or rebuild a sign without first obtaining a sign permit from the Zoning Administrator and receiving approval from the Board.
