505.08 DOG OR CAT OWNER LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY.

The owner, keeper or harborer of any dog or cat which damages or destroys park or public property shall be held liable for the full value of the property damaged or destroyed in addition to any penalty imposed for a violation of this article. (3-7-66)
