No person shall park any vehicle, or combination of vehicles, which are more than twenty- five feet in length on any street or alley for more than four hours, except in special areas set aside for such vehicles. Each four-hour period that a vehicle is parked in violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense. (3-13-72)
