The following restricted and prohibited parking locations are established in the City for all vehicles:
(a) 6th Street and Main Street (East side of Main Street): 2 parking spaces (handicap).
(b) 23rd Street from Jackson Avenue to Washington Avenue: No parking on Southside 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday, except by permit.
Two permits per resident shall be issued by the City Clerk to the residents of each home on the street, upon application duly made, to be valid for a period of ninety days.
(c) 22nd Street from Jackson Avenue to City limits: No parking on South side.
(d) Viand Street from southerly corner of 14th Street and Viand Street extending two hundred feet in a southerly direction: No parking on either side of the street.
(e) No parking in an alley to the west of, and running parallel with, Mount Vernon Avenue between 20th and 21st Streets.
(f) The southerly side of Sixth Street between Main Street and Viand Street: Thirty minute parking.
(g) East and West sides of Main Street between Third Street and Sixth Street: Two- hour parking on Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., with the exception of the two (2) handicap parking spaces referred to in subparagraph (a) hereinabove.
(h) Beginning at the corner of Sixth Street and Viand Street and extending along the Northerly side of Sixth Street in a westerly direction to a sign: Loading Zone - No parking between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. (Ord. 2-11-13)
