(a) The salary and/or compensation of every municipal officer and employee shall be fixed as follows:
(b) The annual salary of every municipal officer or employee not addressed by subsection (a) hereinabove shall be as follows:

Councilperson | $850.00 |
City Attorney | $27,187.00 |
Street Commissioner | $40,291.00 |

Main Street Director | $6,500.00 |
(c) The salary for the position of Mayor ($500.00) shall be paid from the General Fund.
(d) That portion of the Mayor’s salary attributable to his/her role as Manager of the Water and Sewer Works ($52,401.00) shall be paid as follows: One-third (1/3) from the General Fund; One-third (1/3) from the Water Fund; and One-third (1/3) from the Sewer Fund.
(e) The salary for the position of City Clerk ($41,214.00) shall be paid as follows: One-third (1/3) from the General Fund; One-third (1/3) from the Water Fund; and One-third (1/3) from the Sewer Fund.
(f) The salary for the position of Treasurer ($6,000.00) shall be paid as follows: One-third (1/3) from the General Fund; One-third (1/3) from the Water Fund; and One-third (1/3) from the Sewer Fund. (Ord. 2-10-20)
