147.01 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established a Planning Commission for the City to consist of five members who shall be appointed and who shall serve in the manner provided in West Virginia Code 8-24-5 et seq. The Planning Commission shall have such powers and duties as provided by the West Virginia Code and ordinance of Council.
