145.09 EXEMPTION.

If the City of Point Pleasant is the owner of any landmark, building, structure or site that could be subject to this article, the City of Point Pleasant shall be exempt, or, otherwise, not required to file an application with the Historical Landmark Commission, and the matter shall be before the City Council.
